Tonights 5 pm to 8 pm Lab hours cancelled

Tonights (November 6th) lab office hours are cancelled.

There will be a review tomorrow, November 7th.

Regarding tomorrows Review Session:

Please bring your copy of the practice exam. There is a 786.5 billion dollar fee if you don't. ;)

Organic Starts at 8 am

Chem C111 and Chem C101 starts at 9 am.

We will finish 1pm at the latest.

EPIC FAIL!!!!!

I was not able to melt a hole through the aluminum block engine. The video will be posted as soon as I get the file from the photographer.

We will modify the delivery and increase the scale before the semester is out. As Mr. Freeze (from the old and so-bad-that-it's-good original Batman TV series) would say:

Thermite Demonstration tonight

All students: The thermite demonstration will start at around 7 pm. I will set off the reaction as soon as all is ready, but no sooner than 7 pm.

Chem C101: We will be meeting in MB 334 at 5 pm.

Saturday November 7th review:
Organic Students: Please show up at 8 am sharp. I will begin your review session early; 8 am to 9 am is reserved for Organic Students.
Chem C111/C101 students: Please show up at 9 am sharp.

All students: The review will be over at 1 pm.

All students: the exams will continue as scheduled: Chem C101 Monday night November 9th 5 pm to 8 pm. Chem C221 Friday November 13th 8 am to 12 noon. Chem C111 Friday November 13th 12:30 pm to 5 pm.

There will still be lab hours 5 pm to 8 pm Friday the 13th.

Chem C101 Monday November 2nd Class Cancellation

Attention Chem C101 Students

November 2nd (Tonight's) 5 pm to 8 pm lecture is cancelled due to illness.

I also will not be able to make my 130 to 430 pm laboratory office hours today.

We will still have the thermite demonstration on Wednesday Night November 4th.
