Continuing Chemistry Students: No rest for the weary!
New Chemistry Students (Chem C101): Welcome!

Some very important notes for Spring 2010.

We will need to hold lecture on both days of the week for about the first 5 weeks of class due to renovation. I know some of you have a conflict, so we will make up the lecture during my office hours. After we move into our brand new labs, we will have labs on both days of the week.

Please pay attention to the room assignments. Because of renovation, the rooms will be moving around.

DO NOT attempt to Enter the Chemistry Lab (MB 334) at all.

Chem C221 Done

I have completed and submitted the final grades for Chem C221. The official grade roll by the college will occur the night of the 17th of December. You can email me to see what your final exam and course grades are.

Chem C101 and Chem C111 Final Grades Complete and submitted

I have completed and submitted the final grades for Chem C101 and Chem C111. The official grade roll by the college will occur the night of the 17th of December. You can email me to see what your final exam and course grades are.

I expect to have the final grades complete and submitted for Chem C221 later tonight.

I am nearly finished grading the Chem C111 Exams. I expect to be finished late tonight.

Chem C221 Finals have been graded

I have graded all the Final exams for Chem C221. Please email me if you wish to know your final exam score, however, I do not have course grades yet.

Chemistry C101 Grading is Complete

For those of you in Chem C101 who took the final December 9th, my grading is complete. Please email me if you wish to know what you received on your final and in the class. I will look over my spreadsheet after a day or two and then submit my grades to the college. Grades will be rolled on December 17th.

Chem C111 and Chem C221: Look for updates throughout today for your class.

Expected Completion of Grading

I expect to have things finished and finalized by 8 pm Monday December 14th at the absolute earliest. Some of the final exams will be graded by Sunday night around 11:03 pm.

Please be patient. I've got close to 60 finals to grade and quite a few assignments.

Chem C221 Review from 8 am to 11:30 am
Chem C111 Review from 12:30 pm to 4 pm
Chem C101 Review from 4:30 pm till 7 pm.


FINAL EXAM: Room LRC 704

Wednesday December 9th.

Chem C221 start at 8 am
Chem C111 start at 12:30 pm
Chem C101 start at 4:30 pm.
Note: you will have as long as you need, and if you need to show up earlier or later, please let me know ASAP.


YOU are responsible for making sure all your homework and labs are completed—email me if you want to know what assignments are missing. All work is due the day of the final.
